No need to beat around the bush: I just love this demo. The artwork is out of the ordinary, the atmosphere is out of the ordinary, even the fact of me enjoying a dungeon synth record is. Although the very few actual black metal moments do shine and are among my favourites, even the calm and soothing passages of the album possess a certain black metal attitude. Sleeping is a very hard thing for me, and this excellent demo is among the few things making it possible at the moment. Thanks!

Dark, haunting and medieval, this was exactly what I hoped I would find when a friend mentioned 'Dungeon synth'. I hope to see much more from Old Tower, because this is a stellar composition!
